As banking services outsourcer, Best Vision Solutions & Services is subject to the observance of the Circular 2008/7 “Outsourcing banks”.

In order to provide clients with high standard of service quality, Best Vision Solutions & Services has implemented a controls framework on the relevant operating activities. The controls are certified by the International Standards for Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3402.

This report, provided by an independent auditor, includes the evaluation of the designed controls and their operating effectiveness. PriceWaterhouseCoopers acts as external auditor for the ISAE 3402 Report.

IT and back office outsourcing services are periodically certified by the ISAE 3402 Type 2 Audit Report.
